I have 20+ years in customer service and strive to make sure that you are well taken care of. I grew up in the Pacific North West, and in my spare time I love fishing, camping with the family, and watching sports in support of the Mariners, Sounders, and of course the Seahawks.

I strive to help customers find solutions and the best products, I also enjoy discussing artwork with customers to ensure that their product will be beautiful. I have lived in the PNW for the majority of my life and spent some time studying graphic design and illustration. In my downtime I love to build toy models and play video games.

Talofa! Born in Samoa and raised in So. California. I'm here to make your experience with Arrow as easy, friendly and fun as possible. BAS Graduate, woo! I value integrity, hard work and a can do attitude. I'm passionate about the 49ers, lets go faithful!

With over 25 years of experience in the promotional products industry, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with numerous well-known, fun, and creative brands. Outside of work, you'll often find me enjoying a NASCAR race, attending a football game, or jamming out to 80's music.

I have 5 years of experience in customer service and I value every moment of it. I like helping others and leaving customers satisfied is one of my top priorities. I consider myself a lifelong learner when it comes to my professional and personal development. In my free time, I enjoy going on walks and spending time with friends and family.

Born and raised in the PNW, I began my journey in this industry at a local screen print shop. I’ve since become more knowledgeable in the field and enjoy finding ways to improve the customer experience. In my spare time I paint landscapes and water virtual flowers in video games.

I have worked in various areas of the accounting field for over 25 years, and have enjoyed growing and learning even more with this amazing company since 2010. When I'm not working, I spend my time outside exploring our beautiful Pacific Northwest, especially the multitude of waterfronts and mountains.

Starting in the family trophy and embroidery shop 20 years ago I've worked in every stage of the award and promotional product making process. I'm a passionate entrepreneur that enjoys dreaming up better ways to deliver products. When not building, I'm watching the Seattle Sounders soccer team with my son.
