    Our return policy is designed to make sure you’re happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you discover any manufacturing defects or defects in craftsmanship, you have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for repairs, replacements, or a credit to your account, whichever you prefer. We strive to maintain open communication throughout the return process to ensure a satisfactory resolution for our customers.

  • What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?

    An item directly manufactured in our facilities that does not match the artwork or sample proof that has been approved by the client or to the decoration work we have performed.

  • What qualifies as a defect in craftsmanship?

    Any structural or manufacturing flaws that just shouldn't be there and that impact the functionality or appearance of the item would qualify as a defect.

  • What are my responsibilities as a customer

    Please make sure to provide accurate design specifications when placing your order. This helps us ensure that your item is created exactly as you envision it. Remember, any issues arising from inaccurate design specifications may impact the eligibility for return. We're here to assist you in getting it right the first time!

  • How do I initiate a return for a defective item?

    To start the return process for a defective item, just reach out to our customer service team. They're ready to guide you through the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process. They'll give you the information on what's needed to sort things out.

  • Can I return an item for reasons other than defects in craftsmanship or manufacturing?

    Our return policy is strictly for manufacturing defects or defects in craftsmanship. If you're thinking of returning an item for other reasons, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate that.

  • Is there a time limit for returning defective items?

    Yes, you've got 30 days to report and return a defective item. After that, we can't offer account credit.

  • How will I receive my account credit?

    After we receive your returned item, we'll carefully inspect it. Once your return for a defective item is approved, you have three options:
    ● We can process replacements with the same specifications as your original order.
    ● We can issue a credit memo to your account. You can use this credit for future purchases.
    ● We can issue a refund back to your original payment method.

  • Are there any fees associated with returning defective manufactured products?

    Here's some good news - returning defective manufactured products won't cost you a dime. We'll cover the return shipping costs from your main customer address. Just let our customer service team know, and they'll work to resolve it for you. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • What if I accidentally damaged the item?

    If you accidentally damaged the item yourself, we can't offer the same guarantee. Our return policy doesn't cover accidental damages. But if the item arrived damaged or was already defective due to a manufacturing flaw, our team will work with you to resolve the situation.

  • Are there any items that can’t be returned?

    Custom items with customer-approved designs are generally non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect or the items significantly deviate from the approved design.
