Watch Your Artwork Come to Life in 5 Simple Steps

A straightforward process from submission to delivery, designed to keep you in control every step of the way.

1. Order

• Email our service team at service@arrowemblems.com to request a quote.

• A purchase order works best, but you can also confirm the order in writing by email.

• Our team can take care of placing the order for you.

• Prefer self-service ordering? No problem. We recommend connecting with our team first so we can walk you through our customized order site.

2. Review

• We’ll send your virtual art proof within about 1 business day after you place the order.

• Each item arrives in its own email thread to keep things easy to track.

• The subject line includes your PO number (if you provided one) and the order number.

• If your order includes multiple items, each one has a suffix.

  Example: Order ORD110956 with two items will generate ORD110956-1 and ORD110956-2.

3. Sample (Optional)

• Want a closer look before approving production? You can request a photo sample or a mailed sample.

• If you just want to see similar products, our team can usually send a free random sample within a week.

Spec samples with a minimum quantity purchase order

• Photo sample: $15, or free for orders over $250

  • Adds about 7 days to production time

• Mailed sample: $45 for the first piece and $15 for each additional piece sent to the same address

  • Adds about 10–14 days

Spec samples without a minimum quantity purchase order

• Some products allow a small run of up to 10 pieces.

• Contact our service team for details and pricing.

• After you review the samples, you can move straight into full production if everything looks good.

4. Approve

• When you’re ready, just reply to the proof or sample email with a clear approval like “Approved.”

• Clear approvals help us start production quickly and avoid confusion.

• Approving within 24–48 hours helps keep your timeline on track.

• If you have a specific in-hands date, our service team can help plan around it.

5. Delivery

• Once production finishes, our team checks the quality, packs your order carefully, and ships it out using our freight accounts.

• We’ll send a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it leaves our facility.

• Most orders arrive about 3 weeks after approval.
